The Complete Lovelace and Babbage

I’m perpetually being told the navigation around here is shoddy.  This is no doubt owing to ERRORS in my NAVIGATIONAL LOG TABLES.  If only someone would invent a mechanism whereby these errors could be eliminated, and one could chart one’s course with perfect confidence!  In the meantime, we’ll have to make do with this:

  1. [...] is also the Complete Episode List for convenient [...]

  2. Gadzooks! I have just completed reading the entire series (I was a *very* latecomer to this marvelous comic/blog/historical meandering/whatever), and I am hooked, hooked, HOOKED!! Pray tell, with there be A Book?? Or will I be forced to print out each episode individually, and perform some sort of ‘book bindery’ using a hole-punch and a 3-ring binder?? I simply MUST have L&B at my fingertips!! I *most* anxiously await the further adventures of our intrepid heroes! Will Lovelace overcome the temptations of the Dark Side? Will Brunel prevail upon Babbage’s crusade against street music? Will their arch-enemy, The Organist, counter-attack?? Waiting in breathless anticipation…

  3. I’d like to throw in my vote for a book as well. Otherwise how can I buy it to give to small children? ]:)

  4. This is an Amazingly Funny Comic! I’m with Kaaz and Eva–this must be published somehow, some way. We need to have Babbage and Brunel versus the organ grinder (hey, I’m an American, that’s what they were called here), and Ada trying to punch card decks to program the Engine in something similarly insane manner, for the Engine.
